Though there is no proof like in Ukraine with DTRA bio-Research (aka weapons) labs, there are articles out which state disinformation that Taiwan has talked about US Bio-weapons labs. The Shanghai communique of 1972 basically indicates that Taiwan is a Province of China and UN Resolution 2758 recognizing China into the UN which Taiwan representatives were then escorted out of the UN further indicating that Taiwan is not sovereign.
